NoseChic is an iOS and Android application that applies realistic nose transformations to user-uploaded portraits using artificial intelligence powered by third-party infrastructure. The App allows users to upload a photo, choose a nose style, preview the result, and save or share the transformed image.
3. User Rights and Restrictions
You may:
- Use the App for personal purposes.
- Apply nose transformations to your own photos.
- Save transformations to your device.
- Share transformations you have created.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App.
- Use the App for any illegal purposes.
- Upload photos of other people without their consent.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems.
4. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Generated Content
- Nose transformations generated through the App may be used for personal purposes.
- These transformations are created through automated processing using third-party AI services.
- We do not claim ownership of the transformations you generate and do not store your input photos or generated content.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated transformations complies with applicable laws and respects the rights of the people in the photos.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to Terms
